What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

We expect you to manage the entire product lifecycle, so you must possess a combination of technical and business understanding.You will work with a team of experts in the business travel and call center technology field, delivering the highest level of technology & service to our colleagues and travelers. Fully own the strategy, planning, and development of one of our projects.Work with senior management locally and internationally on product strategy and development Collaborate with UI/UX designers on application featuresWrite simple but comprehensive product specificationsPassionate about user experience

What We’re Looking For

Excellent in English, both written and oral formProgramming, database, or IT technical design background. You must have real-world technical experience.Experience with Salesforce is an advantage, although it is not crucialExperience in communicating with all relevant parties through usual mechanisms like release notes, external-facing product documentation, developer work tickets, and internal product documentation.1-2 years of experience as a product ownerExperience in customer support technologies is helpfulFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologiesSolid understanding and experience using metrics to improve a product.Solid grasp of UX principles and how to apply them individually and in collaboration with a designerIn this role, you communicate with teams worldwide. Therefore, you are required to have good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
