Whilst becoming a Technical Product Owner – Finance IT within our Team, you will support the Finance IT/Ecosystems Team delivering operational support to a variety of finance applications (SaaS and on prem). This role will include application ownership which will require extensive support for SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley) Internal and External Audits. You will lead early-stage scoping and shaping of finance IT ideas/projects to align with global business needs, collaborating closely with global finance and cross-functional IT Teams.
This position reports to the Senior Manager - IT Leader Finance Systems and is part of the IT Enterprise Applications organization located in Krakow, Poland.
It will be an on-site role in Krakow.
What you will do:
Own IT SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley) controls; collaborate cross-functionally to define and implement a strong SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley) governance model for across finance applications.
IT Application ownership ensuring our applications are safe, secure and in compliance with Cytiva and Danaher Information Security governance standards.
Provide technical operational support for ticketing and change management to end users for finance applications. Support the design of standard KPIs and dashboards for visibility to process, data quality, and delivery performance in the ticketing and change management space.
Work closely with SaaS vendors.
Collaborate with Finance Teams to support the execution of key projects through its lifecycle, e.g. the development of project plans, business case assessment and project milestones planning.
Who you are:
Passionate about exploring alternative technologies and innovative approaches to drive organizational improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 years of professional IT experience.
Working knowledge of project management and governance methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand complex issues and influence outcomes through collaborative, two-way communication.
Experience in supporting global enterprise applications spanning multiple countries and business units.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel for up to 20% of the time to Cytiva sites globally.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
PMI/PMP Certification.
Proficiency in ITIL processes (including incident, problem, and change management), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and working with Computer System Validation (CSV) in a GxP environment.
