Senior Technical Product Owner

We're seeking talented Product Owners to join our expanding Platform-as-a-Service team. This platform is the backbone for NCR Voyix's cloud-based products, offering features and services akin to Google Cloud Platform and Amazon AWS.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

Play a pivotal role in developing NCR Voyix’s Cloud Platform to support our eCommerce initiatives.Identify, define, analyze, prioritize, and refine product requirements, communicating these to Scrum development teams.Prioritize trade-offs, clarify requirements, and approve user stories throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.Collaborate with Solution Management and Software Engineering to translate requirements into high-quality software.Work with stakeholders to refine and shape requirements for our Commerce Platform's delivery components.Transform features and updates into user stories for engineering teams, facilitating efficient progress based on the program roadmap.Serve as the bridge between Solution Management and engineering teams, ensuring the product roadmap is clearly translated into actionable user stories.Enable continuous, reliable delivery of high-value, system-level software.Partner with technical architects to balance functional and non-functional requirements for optimal quality without over-engineering.Stay engaged throughout the product lifecycle, mediating priorities between solution managers and engineering teams.Collaborate with teams to implement improvement stories enhancing program quality.Guide and support teams during sprints to ensure requirements are met accurately.Communicate system requirements as we scale and evolve.Adapt and reprioritize backlog items to align with changing organizational priorities, ensuring maximum value delivery.Manage stakeholders to develop cohesive short, medium, and long-term product roadmaps, fostering internal agreements.

YOU HAVE:

Strong knowledge of Agile practices, particularly Scrum, along with practical experience in writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and managing requirements in a dynamic environment.3+ years experience as a Product Owner within Scrum teams.Excellent communication skills.Ability to grasp and abstract complex systems from technical details.Skill in understanding intricate business and technical issues, influencing decisions across all organizational levels without direct authority.High-level understanding of common web application architectures.Experience working on large-scale products for enterprise clients.
