Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Work with suppliers and AIS sales team to identify specific products to be marketed to customers.
Propose marketing programs to suppliers to financially support specific product marketing campaigns.
Develop and articulate clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate the product to AIS’ target market.
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, supplier management, and marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Content Development:
Generate content for marketing campaigns, including blogs, webinars, eBooks, videos, and social media.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency.
Sales Enablement:
Create sales tools and collateral, such as presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and product demos.
Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
Customer Advocacy and Engagement:
Gather customer feedback and data to refine product features and marketing approaches.
Build relationships with key customers to create case studies and testimonials.
Technical Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and advancements relevant to the product.
Performance Metrics:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product performance.
Use data to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$138,900.00 - $165,000.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
