Technical Product Manager
Numerator
The Product Manager, Global DevOps & Security will lead initiatives that improve the resilience, scalability, and compliance of Numerator’s engineering platform. This role supports our Global DevOps and Security Operations teams, driving projects that strengthen internal infrastructure, support audit remediation efforts, and enable development teams to work more securely and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings structure and momentum to complex technical initiatives, collaborates effectively across teams, and has a strong appetite for learning new systems. You’ll partner closely with engineering leads to deliver solutions that meet compliance goals and support long-term platform health. You’ll work with teams from across the organization—whether supporting infrastructure rollouts or tracking audit remediation progress—and help ensure projects move forward with clarity, accountability, and follow-through. Here's what you'll be doing on a day to day basis: What You'll Do: Own and drive the roadmap for both Global DevOps and Security, partnering with engineering leads to align on priorities, plan quarterly goals, and allocate team resources. Lead the day-to-day execution: run standups, sprints, and planning for the development teams, and maintain and prioritize a backlog of work. Lead infrastructure-focused projects such as expanding AWS infrastructure, optimizing ECR image management, or managing infrastructure-as-code. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of security remediation programs—track audit findings, coordinate rollout timelines, and ensure follow-through across stakeholder teams. Collaborate with stakeholders across nearly every development team in the company—including product-facing and data platform teams—to scope and sequence large, cross-functional projects. Work with internal teams to identify infrastructure or security pain points, and shape valuable, scalable solutions informed by stakeholder feedback and industry best practices. Communicate initiative goals, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Build strong relationships with development teams to ensure platform and security initiatives are well understood, prioritized, and adopted. Leverage SQL to analyze platform and security data, surface trends, or build dashboards to track progress and KPIs. Work effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones, domestic and off-shore.
