Technical Product Manager, DevOps

With plenty of opportunities for growth and learning, blaze your own trail with us. **Your Day to Day** **As a Product Manager in DevOps and Infrastructure you would be working on:** + **Platform Roadmap** — You will define and execute the strategic roadmap for DevOps and infrastructure products, using stakeholder input and business objectives to drive platform reliability, scalability, and innovation. + **Operational Excellence** — You will use operational metrics and incident data to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and resilience improvements across the engineering ecosystem. + **Cloud and Tools Adoption** — You will lead initiatives to evaluate, select, onboard, and measure the impact of new DevOps tools and cloud infrastructure technologies, ensuring smooth integrations and clear value realization. + **Stakeholder Engagement** — You will establish feedback mechanisms and communication channels with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving technical and business needs, and report on progress and outcomes. **What We’re Looking For** **As a Product Manager your background will look like:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field - 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on platform, DevOps, or infrastructure products - Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale, complex technical initiatives - Hands-on experience with modern DevOps toolchains and practices (e.g., CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms such as AWS, and OCI) - Strong analytical and communication skills, including proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms) **What We Offer:** At GoTo, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits designed to fit your life—at work and beyond.
