Role and Responsibilities

We need a proactive and articulate individual who can seamlessly bridge the gap between complex technical specifications and compelling client presentations.Bilingual Communication: You're perfectly fluent in both English and Polish (verbal and written). You'll be the voice of Samsung, delivering impactful presentations to multinational audiences and collaborating effectively with our global team.Ready for Adventure: This role involves approximately 50% business travel, with trips lasting up to a week. If you enjoy exploring new places and meeting diverse people, you're a great fit!Technical Acumen: You hold a technical university degree or possess equivalent professional experience with a deep passion for IT. You have a solid understanding of building, administering, and operating professional displays and signage solutions.Windows Expert: You're highly proficient in configuring and using Windows operating systems (Linux is well seen as well) .Sharp Mind, Organized Approach: Your analytical mindset allows you to break down complex problems, and your excellent organizational skills ensure you manage your workload efficiently.Natural Communicator: You possess innate soft skills, making it effortless to communicate with team members and staff, and you're confident speaking in front of a larger audience.

Skills and Qualifications

Even Better if You Have:

Knowledge of Desktop, Hotel, LED, and LFD displays.Awareness of B2B Digital Signage trends.Familiarity with Content Management Systems.Understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) principles and how cloud-based solutions are delivered and managed.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their role in hosting SaaS applications.Experience in discussing and articulating the benefits of SaaS models to clients, such as scalability, reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and remote management capabilities.Basic knowledge of API integrations for connecting SaaS platforms with other systems.
