What will you be doing?

Build claim cost and behavioural models for motor and home insurance

Create innovative new rating factors to be the first of their kind in Irish or UK Insurance

Tailor the rating approach to autonomous vehicles and electric cars

Develop new automated optimisers to optimise profit in fair ways

Develop new ways to use vehicle images in Insurance using AI Neural Networks to predict claims costs from images of crashed vehicles

Streamline feature engineering scripts to produce rating factors aiming for efficiency and simplicity

What we’re looking for?

Degree in mathematical or quantitative area

General insurance pricing experience, preferably in personal lines.

Experience in machine learning techniques

Good command of SQL programming

Ability to present and explain complex concepts to key stakeholders

Fluent command of English
