We invite you to apply for the Technical Packaging Specialist position at Procter & Gamble Novomoskovsk LLC in the Customization team (repackaging of finished product).

The customization department is engaged in the development of new packaging materials for our products. Job responsibilities:

Interact with packaging material suppliers to select packaging materials and provide correct specifications and schemes based on the request of the commercial team

Be responsible for timely and correct completion of technical standards for packaging materials in Enovia system.

Responsible for ensuring new packaging materials meet quality requirements and getting approvals from quality and marketing department in case of deviations from standard situations

Prepare and conduct shipping tests and other tests to ensure that packaging materials meet quality standards

Lead efforts to optimize packaging materials to reduce costs

Participate in weekly meetings to track status of new project launches, inform the team of taken action, report situations that may cause delay in launching new projects on time

Job Qualifications

Completed higher education

Sufficient knowledge of English (Pre-intermediate level or higher)

Responsibility, attentiveness, diligence, ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

Strong collaboration and communication skills (both within the team and with external partners)

Experience with packaging materials will be a competitive advantage

Advanced PC skills - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
