Job Description The Technical Operations Specialist plays a cross-functional role supporting engineering, product, and customer success teams for a SaaS in the proptech industry. This position is responsible for maintaining internal tooling, managing data flows across systems, and supporting property onboarding through custom-built processes. With a focus on Jira and Power BI, the role combines hands-on scripting, data transformation, and process management with a strong understanding of internal workflows and customer needs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Own and maintain company-wide Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) configurations and workflows. · Administer and troubleshoot the Atlassian instance to ensure smooth operation across departments. · Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using data from various sources (Python scripts, REST APIs, CSVs, PostgreSQL). · Support the property onboarding process by creating, formatting, and loading data into the production database using custom Python tools. · Use internal JavaScript-based tools to convert legacy customer data into a standardized format compatible with the property onboarding process. · Provide ad hoc data extraction and analysis to support customer success and other internal teams. · Create and edit demo videos using scripts and raw footage for product marketing or internal training. · Manage and publish software release notes across Confluence and WalkMe. · Maintain the product Feature Map, ensuring key updates are accurately reflected We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS: · Advanced Jira administration and configuration. · Intermediate Power BI and data visualization. · Strong Python scripting skills for data manipulation and automation. · Advanced proficiency in Excel. · SQL and database familiarity (especially PostgreSQL). · Ability to manage multiple tasks across departments. · Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. · Adaptability to shifting priorities and responsibilities. · Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes, with a self-starter mindset. · Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, including regular collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
