Essential Criteria

Project Delivery in Food: Demonstrated success in launching and delivering impactful projects within the food sector. Supplier Collaboration: Experience working directly with suppliers, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment on quality, timelines, and commercial goals. Product Ownership: Proven ability to manage a product area end-to-end, including range development, performance tracking, and lifecycle management. Factory Engagement: Confident in independently visiting and assessing factories, with the ability to build relationships and identify opportunities or risks on-site.
