Why This Role?
As a key member of our Commercial Aquaculture Team, you will serve as the technical cornerstone supporting both customers and cross-functional teams across the EURAM region. This role is instrumental in shaping the future biopharmaceutical pipeline for aquaculture by aligning scientific strategy with applied research and field insights. Leveraging your deep expertise in fish health and aquaculture systems, you will engage in hands-on fieldwork, foster strategic collaborations with stakeholders, and demonstrate commercial impact—driving innovation, product development, and sustainable growth.
In this role, you will be part of a dedicated fish health team. The position reports to veterinarian Lene Høgset, Head of Technical department Aqua EURAM.
What You’ll Do
Be the trusted technical advisor for fish health and product support, dedicating at least 40% of your time engaging directly with customers in the field.Lead and coordinate field support by liaising with internal teams and external fish health services, ensuring company is the go-to partner in the region.Manage and resolve product complaints swiftly and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.Build strong relationships with Key Accounts, Key Opinion Leaders, and industry organizations through your visible presence in the field.Plan, execute, and report on customer-specific field trials, including budgeting and protocol development.Represent our company at technical seminars and exhibitions, showcasing our commitment to innovation and excellence.Collaborate globally with the Aquaculture KAM team to align strategies and share best practices.What We’re Looking For
Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Aquatic Animal Health, or a related field such as experience in fish health management and aquaculture, with a few years of experienceExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.Strong project management skills, the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and working effectively across functionsCommitment to compliance and company procedures.A proactive team player who contributes to shape the future fish health solutions for aquaculture within biopharma in Animal HealthFluent in Norwegian and EnglishWhat You’ll Achieve
Meet and exceed technical and business KPIs within the Aquaculture Business Unit.Provide training and support to fish health personnel on best practices for our vaccines, sedatives, antibiotics and sea lice medicinesFoster close collaboration with sales, marketing, and global colleagues.Serve as the primary technical contact for regional fish health personnel.Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities to fuel growth.Current Employees apply HERE
