We are looking for Maintenance professional with 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical and Fertilizer Industry. 

 



Work Experience
Very good understanding and in-depth knowledge about Static and Rotary equipment (Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Towers, Columns, Reactors, Pumps, Compressor and Turbines etc.)Very good understanding and in-depth knowledge about Routine and Shutdown/Turnaround MaintenanceGood Knowledge in Planning and scheduling of Work orders in SAP (PM and MM modules) including development of work packs. Good Knowledge in Scheduling tools such as Primavera/MS Projects to develop routine planning schedules and shutdown/turnaround integrated schedules. Good Experience in Maintenance cost estimation/budgeting to facilitate the Maintenance budget preparationGood Understanding of constraints related to maintenance planning and execution.Review junior employee work deliverables to ensure that they are matching with customer quality requirements.Lead the technical discussion with customer and represent the team for new engagements.Review of the exisitng maintenance execution processes and procedures to identify the opportunities for improvement. Training of new hires and existing team members to ensure they are ready for deploymentVery good communication and coordination skills
