**Job Description Summary** The Technical Leader (TL) in Machine Head Global Fleet Engineering team works to technically lead and mentor a team of RCA leaders. The technical leader is responsible in overseeing, driving and guiding the RCA leaders in developing understanding of engineering concepts, problem solving & project management methods and procedures.
