Technical Lead (Remote)
**Overview** GovCIO is currently hiring aBusiness Analystto support Veterans Affairs operational needs.The candidate will analyze business processes,identifyareas forimprovements, anddrivedata-informed decisions, while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and resolve challenges. This position is fully remote within the United States. **Responsibilities** + Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them intoinitiatives, including workflow optimization and system enhancements. + Post and communicate service interruption notifications to stakeholdersin the event ofunscheduled downtime, planned maintenance, orlaggingsystem performance, ensuring transparency andtimelyupdates. + Conduct data analysis toidentifytrends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align withVA operational and strategicgoals. + Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadershipfortracking and resolution of risks, issues, and backlog items. + Maintain and enhance business processes through documentation, SOP, and process mapping. + Support the integration and use of tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other business applications. + Lead business-related communications, including stakeholder management, marketing strategies, and team coordination. **Qualifications** **Required Skills and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.(or commensurate experieince) + 12+years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Preferred Skills and Experience:** + Knowledge of healthcare, finance, or technology industries. + Experience with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint). + Experience with query-based exchange systems and enterprise reporting. **Clearance Re** **quired:** ** ** + Ability to obtain andmaintaina suitability/Public Trust    **Company Overview** GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
