Role purpose

The Technical Lead is an experienced senior level developer with a background in systems management, agile methodology and operational ready products (DevOps).The role will be responsible for the development of our Data Science and ML Ops Platform and providing knowledge on efficient development practices, with proficiency in Full-Stack development.Managing and developing teams is a key success factor for the role, as well as effective stakeholder management and interacting with agronomists and product owners.

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Very strong understanding of Full-Stack development using ReactJS and either Python, Java, or Node.jsVery strong understanding SQL and NoSQL databasesVery strong understanding of automation and CI/CD (test and build automation)Good understanding of designing RESTful APIsGood understanding of Micro-service architectures and ContainerizationGood understanding of cloud architectures, including AWSExperience working with Agile methodologyPrior experience managing or leading a teamExperience working with ML Ops frameworks

Qualifications
