Technical Lead - Managed Network Services

Job Description As Technical Lead, your role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management and optimization of network infrastructure technologies implemented to B2B enterprise clients. You will advocate the organization's values and principles, design strategic plans aligned with business imperatives, and foster an engaged and competent team. Additionally, you will be responsible for continuity planning, project management, service delivery, tools/processes development, and network inventory management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ORGANIZATION

Ensures continued competency and skills availability needed for the individual performance 

Advocates a culture of passion and determination, excellence, primacy & respect, customer centric, work-life balance, professionalism, innovation & strong collaboration 

Ensures a healthy and productive collaboration & partnership with all project stakeholders and influencers. 

Continuously explores, develops, and executes ways to exceed Business’ expectations. 

Participates in CSR activities and develop a Globe of Good Culture 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT and DELIVERY: 

Constantly communicates with project stakeholders to formulate ways to improve the delivery processes. 

Validates and ensures completeness of documents submitted by implementation team and endorse to operations

Provides technical support when needed in the development of high level commitments (technology, build, scope) addressing Business needs 

Develops the following for the successful delivery of all projects under its accountability within schedule and scope. 

Recommends and justifies changes and variations needed to deliver Business’ needs 

Provides Technical support to Cross Program Initiatives and Special Projects related to B2B (Modernization, platform Migration, Automation). 

Analyzes and help resolves B2B Provisioning Issues.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 7 yrs experience in Telco/IT environment and projects. 

Advanced level of foundational expertise in Network

Bachelor's Degree in any related field
