Requirements: • Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role • Strong technical expertise Java and Java EE • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices Strong understanding of payment security and PCI DSS compliance • Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as RPA, machine learning, and AI • Work with QA lead to setup Automation. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Nice to Have: • Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD • Certification in PCI DSS • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools • Experience with AWS clouds.
