We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Java, Angular, Kafka and security mechanisms to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance and scalable software solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with multi-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. Encouraging and supporting team members to align with security mechanisms that meet industry standards. This position requires strong hands-on development experience in Java and Angular, with a solid understanding of security protocols and practices to protect our applications and data. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and collaborators will be crucial in driving projects to completion. **In this role, you will:** + Lead the architecture and design of secure applications using Java and Angular. + Guide the development team in standard methodologies for coding, testing, and security. + Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Ensure the team follows industry standards for software security mechanisms. + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. + Collaborate with product management and other collaborators to ensure alignment on project goals. **What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Minimum of 10 + years of experience in mainframe application development using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST API + Strong proficiency in any of the Security mechanisms (Spring Security, PING, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, JWT etc). + Understanding of any relational databases like Oracle / SQL server + Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services. **What will help you stand out (preferred skills):** + knowledge on non-relational database like MongoDB + Knowledge of usage of DevOps / CICD pipeline **Working arrangements** We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
