Job Description

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead integration solution design & architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient implementations.Develop and maintain high-performance APIs and middleware using Java, Kafka, and cloud technologies.Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD automation, and integration best practices.Provide mentorship & technical guidance, fostering innovation and excellence across the team.Oversee the development of containerized applications, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.Drive observability & monitoring, optimizing performance with tools like New Relic, Kibana.Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and developers to deliver integration solutions aligned with business goals.

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in software development & integration architecture.Expertise in Kafka, Azure API Management, microservices, Terraform, and cloud-based integration platforms.Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot 3, API security, and backstage integration templates.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.Familiarity with data governance tools like Snowflake (nice to have).Effective leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.Passion for continuous learning and innovation
