Thorough technical knowledge of electrical engineering design concepts and applications-components, Schematics, electrical system, OEM selection.
Knowledge on electrical systems and components, control system, relays, power supplies, cable harness. Knowledge on BOM management, Documentation, release process, Reliability testing. Electrical CAD tools: Siemens S7 1200 PLC, AutoCAD, OrCAD, Microsoft Visio, Creo. Working Knowledge on any Engineering change management software packages like SAP, Knowledge on PLM software. Experience in PLC programming, PLC program validation, download/upload process & real-time ladder logic monitoring.
Familiarization of different User Interfaces. Experience in fellow standards as CE, SEMI S2, S8, S22 / NFPA 79, UL508A.
Work Experience
Interfaces with Engineering functions to coordinate the release of New Products or/and product improvements. Launches, releases, approves and implements engineering change orders as required to support design engineering and floor for new/existing products. Design or modify electrical engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics, and detailed drawings/specifications of moderate scope under general and or minimal supervision. Supports New product documentation by OMS Creation for NPI/CIP Builds. Design Test Fixture for electrical modules, procurement of components, build & testing. Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies. Coordinate the procurement and assembly of electrical components and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues. Review and execute engineering document changes ensuring compliance to standard procedures. Escalation support for different tools (Troubleshooting the errors occurring in electrical modules/tool and provide instant solution to them). Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project in progress and/ or the specific goals of the department in which the incumbent works.
