We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting as a Technical Lead **Job Summary** We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in Cisco SAN Switch Admin Brocade SAN Switch Admin and NetApp Storage Administration. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively in a day shift and does not require travel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our storage solutions ensuring optimal performance and reliability. **Responsibilities** + Lead the administration and management of Cisco SAN Switches to ensure seamless data flow and storage operations. + Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Brocade SAN Switches to support the organizations storage infrastructure. + Provide expert-level support for NetApp Storage Administration ensuring data integrity and availability. + Monitor and troubleshoot storage systems to identify and resolve issues promptly. + Implement best practices for storage management to optimize performance and efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement storage solutions that meet business requirements. + Develop and maintain documentation for storage configurations processes and procedures. + Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning to ensure storage systems meet future demands. + Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect data and storage infrastructure. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in storage management. + Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure data resilience. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance storage operations and support the companys goals. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience in Cisco SAN Switch Administration. + Must have extensive knowledge of Brocade SAN Switch Administration. + Must have hands-on experience with NetApp Storage Administration. + Should possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Should have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Should have strong communication and collaboration skills. + Nice to have experience with other storage technologies and solutions. + Nice to have certifications in relevant storage technologies. + Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. + Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. + Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development. + Should have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
