**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OpsRamp Event Management Engineer to configure manage and optimize HP OpsRamp for centralized event and incident management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITOM tools strong knowledge of event correlation and a passion for improving operational efficiency through automation and observability. **Responsibilities** + Configure and maintain OpsRamp for event ingestion correlation and incident management. + Integrate OpsRamp with various monitoring tools e.g. SolarWinds Nagios Zabbix etc and ITSM platforms e.g. ServiceNow + Develop and fine tune event policies suppression rules and escalation workflows. + Implement AI based noise reduction and root cause analysis features. + Create dashboards and reports for real time visibility into infrastructure health. + Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless event flow and incident resolution. + Maintain documentation for configurations SOPs and best practices. + Participate in on-call rotations and provide L2 L3 support for event management issues. + 3 years of experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure Monitoring. + Hands on experience with OpsRamp configuration and administration. + Strong understanding of event correlation alert suppression and incident workflows. + Familiarity with SNMP Syslog APIs and cloud monitoring integrations. + Experience with scripting Python PowerShell or Shell for automation. + Knowledge of ITIL processes especially Incident and Event Management. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
