**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 9 years of experience in J2EE Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and development of complex applications using J2EE Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java. + Oversee the technical aspects of projects ensuring that best practices are followed and high-quality code is delivered. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements timelines and deliverables. + Ensure that all technical solutions are scalable maintainable and meet the business requirements. + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and performance. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth project execution. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process where applicable. + Develop and maintain technical documentation ensuring that all project information is accurately recorded and easily accessible. + Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly. + Ensure compliance with company policies and standards maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in J2EE Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java. + Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. + Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. + Should have experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers. + Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. + Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Nice to have experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies. + Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends. + Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work. + Should have a strong understanding of design patterns and best practices in software development. + Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. + Should have experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. + Must be able to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
