**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our CRM projects ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology solutions. **Responsibilities** + Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. + Oversee the customization and configuration of CRM applications to meet business requirements. + Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other systems. + Monitor and optimize the performance of CRM applications to ensure high availability and reliability. + Develop and maintain technical documentation for CRM solutions and processes. + Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM applications in a timely manner. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. + Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. + Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in CRM implementations. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and methodologies. + Mentor and train junior developers on CRM technologies and best practices. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. + Should possess strong knowledge of CRM customization and configuration. + Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Should be proficient in technical documentation and code review processes. + Must have experience in integrating CRM with other systems. + Should have a good understanding of data security and privacy regulations. + Nice to have experience in mentoring and training junior developers. + Nice to have knowledge of the latest trends in CRM technologies. + Must be able to work in rotational shifts. + Should have strong communication and collaboration skills. + Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. + Should be proactive in identifying and addressing technical challenges. + Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development. **Certifications Required** Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
