**Job Summary** We are seeking a Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kotlin iOS Native iOS Android Studio and Android SDK. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. Proficiency in English is required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and implementation of mobile applications using Kotlin and iOS Native technologies. + Oversee the design and architecture of mobile applications to ensure scalability and performance. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting code reviews and performance tuning. + Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain the quality of the application. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices. + Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Utilize Android Studio and Android SDK to develop and maintain Android applications. + Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines to streamline the development process. + Ensure code quality and maintainability by writing clean testable and efficient code. + Contribute to the improvement of the development process by suggesting and implementing best practices. + Participate in team meetings and provide input on project planning and timelines. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience in Kotlin iOS Native iOS Android Studio and Android SDK. + Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. + Must be proficient in English with strong communication skills. + Nice to have experience in Listing & Finding Services domain. + Should be able to work in a hybrid model with day shifts. + Must have a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 11 years of relevant experience. + Should have a strong understanding of mobile application development lifecycle. + Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Should have experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines. + Must be able to write clean maintainable and efficient code. + Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. + Must be able to mentor and guide junior developers.
