Job Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate Technical Lead to join our talented engineering team and take a leadership role in guiding the design, implementation, and optimization of applications and processes. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring the quality and performance of engineering projects, and overseeing the technical direction of key initiatives. Your role will focus on mentoring team members, driving technical excellence, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Job Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:

BS/MS or equivalent experience12+ years’ experience delivering highly scalable, consumer facing SAAS applicationsProven Java developer with proficiency with Spring framework, Spring Boot and web services2+ years' experience in working with microservices based architectureHands on experience in architecting a highly scalable REST web services-based systemsDemonstrable expertise in OO design and implementationAbility to work in an agile team with an understanding of software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, CI/CD, etc.)3+ years with product companies in a various stage of growth and successStrong organizational, prioritization and communication skills

Desired Skills

Cloud computing and distributed computingPrior experience working on microservices at scaleFamiliarity with ReactJSExperience of using Containers (Docker)Understanding of Micro Services ArchitectureUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, CI/CD, etc.)

Our Technology Stack: Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Oracle 11g, Coherence, Redis / Memcached, Elasticsearch

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM IST. This will provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 2 days’ work from office at Hyderabad or Gurugram
