**What You Will Do:**
This role based in **Indianapolis, IN** is a part of our global field solutions team, a central team supporting applications for more than 10,000 sales representatives and other field users worldwide. You’ll join the team to provide technical expertise across global platforms and help create strategic solutions that change how our field users interact with healthcare professionals to educate on our products worldwide.
The Global Field Solutions Technical Integrator, in partnership with other team members, will implement solutions that deliver value to our field users across the world. The ideal candidate will thrive on solving complex problems, embraces innovation, and brings a strong sense of urgency to everything they do.
**How You Will Succeed:**
+ Work within architecture guidelines to deliver robust, creative, and strategic solutions to benefit our customers
+ Have a mindset to deliver with speed without sacrificing quality
+ Serve as the technical SME for the delivery on solutions that requiring new features, integrations and enhancements, ensuring robust architecture, scalability, and performance.
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams including commercial, medical and tech teams to transform business requirements to technical solutions and provide technical leadership
+ Ensure compliance with information security, quality, and other regulations
+ Oversee vendor partners without direct reporting responsibilities
+ Champion innovation by identifying and proposing creative solutions, including AI, to enhance user experience and efficiencies
**Your Minimum Requirements:**
+ A Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or information technology related field
+ 2+ years in Information Technology
+ Exposure to Cloud Vendors and concepts – AWS preferred
+ Ability to communicate proactively and effectively with IT and business stakeholders (both verbal and written)
**What You Should Bring:**
+ Experience with digital customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Veeva CRM or Salesforce.com
+ Certifications in information technology processes, such as ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
+ Certifications or experience in Agile project delivery, especially Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
+ Certifications or experience in cloud technologies, especially Amazon Web Services (AWS)
+ A strong learning agility
+ Ability to work independently or with a team
+ Proven track record of technical delivery
+ Experience working with a diverse and non-collocated global team
+ Experience in a regulated industry – pharmaceutical preferred
Role Level:
The level of this role will be matched with your skillset and experience. There are three potential levels based on the best match: Analyst, Senior Analyst, or Manager.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$63,750 - $145,200
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
