The Integrations Onboarding Team facilitates seamless experiences connecting our partners across the globe with POS or Inventory Feed system integrations during initial platform launches and transitions to new providers. As part of the Merchant Services Core Onboarding teams, we enable Merchants to reach their revenue goals faster – acting as their technical consultant, we troubleshoot issues with precision and care. With adept communication skills and a #one-team-one-fight work ethic, we liaise with internal stakeholders in S&O, Product, GTMT, and external provider partners in the Restaurant + New Verticals line of business, delivering efficient, accurate, and quality-driven onboarding experiences.
About the RoleAs a Technical Integrations Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience for our Top Merchants across our Golden Providers. Working closely with teams across Onboarding, Sales, S&O, Product, and GTMT you will be responsible for owning key initiatives tied to team KRs, ensuring a seamless and magical onboarding process for our merchants. You will report to a Senior Supervisor on our Integrations Onboarding team in our Merchant Services organization. This role is expected to be hybrid and is required to be in the office at least every Thursday in 2025, with additional availability to attend cross-functional events, expos, launches, etc. The core working hours are Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm MST. Availability to be “on call” during nights and weekends is needed to accommodate business needs.

Utilize technical expertise to oversee systems and product implementation and upkeep, ensuring that integration processes meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Serve as the primary point of contact for S&O, Sales, and Ops teams, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective stakeholder engagement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure alignment of goals and objectives. Act as a technical liaison between Merchants and internal + external teams, translating technical concepts into clear and concise language for stakeholders at all levels. Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to track and report on the success of integration initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement. We’re excited about you because… You have a Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience in Operations, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You have 3-5 years of professional experience in a technical role, with a focus on integration and onboarding processes. You are proficient in SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. You have a passion for lean processes and automation You show strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion. You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to effectively communicate with external and internal teams at all levels. You are proactive and action-biased with a strong sense of ownership for assigned initiatives. You are familiar with the food tech industry and last-mile delivery operations. You have experience working with premier clients in a white-glove service capacity. You have previous exposure to online marketplaces, POS systems, and B2B partnerships.
