Job Duties & Responsibilities + Support & Troubleshoot Resolve client issues quickly via email and chat—diagnosing problems and offering clear, actionable solutions. + Document & Share Build and maintain a robust knowledge base of issues and resolutions—helping both our team and clients. + Onboard New Clients Set up environments, configure software to client specs, and import data with precision. + Collaborate and Improve Work with Engineering, Product, and IT to enhance support workflows and tools. Knowledge & Qualifications + Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or similar—or equivalent experience + 2+ years in a tech support or implementation role + Excellent communicator, both written and verbal + Customer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and adaptive + Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail + SQL and database experience (e.g., Postgres) + Scripting in Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript + Familiarity with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus) + Comfortable with cloud-native platforms (Azure, Kubernetes, Rancher) + Understanding of networking essentials + Prior exposure to Jira or Confluence Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity PRGX is an equal opportunity employer.
