**Required Skills:**
Technical IDC Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end ownership of engineering program activities from product concept to launch.
2. Collecting business requirements from key stakeholders and converting them into technical requirements and managing their prioritization with engineering team.
3. Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-release, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross- functional and remote project teams.
4. Develop and drive critical high-level strategic initiatives.
5. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
6. Oversee documentation effort with technical writers to ensure all necessary documentation for how to, support and troubleshooting tools are created and maintained.
7. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. Requires a Master’s degree (Foreign degree equivalent accepted) in Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the Job offered or in a related occupation.
9. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:
10. 1. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
11. 2. C++, Java, JavaScript, or PHP
12. 3. Coordinating release and deployment of projects
13. 4. Building operational improvement proposals
14. 5. Using project metrics to drive operation efficiencies and
15. 6. Adapting and participating in design discussion.
**Public Compensation:**
$183,793/year to $213,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
