Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Helpdesk Representative to join our Techline Customer Support Center (TCSC) team within the Automotive IT Industry. This role provides technical support for computer-related issues, vehicle programming assistance, and IT troubleshooting.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, problem-solving, and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical assistance to users via phone and other communication channels.Log and track customer inquiries using a problem management database, maintaining detailed records and documentation.Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer issues to ensure prompt resolution.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating complex problems as needed.Assist in vehicle programming support and IT system troubleshooting.Follow established escalation processes and develop follow-up steps for unresolved issues.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.Mandatory RequirementsCitizenship/Residency: Open to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only.Education: High school diploma or GED.
