Job Responsibilities : 1.The purpose of the role is to provide resolution for any technical
issues faced by the homecare technicians (Home Connect or Home Assist)
during their visit to the customer premises for FTTx installation and
Services.
2.Advisor shall be responsible for raising and resolving complaints for
the customer frontend teams
B.E/ B.Tech in IT
Experience Requirement :2 - 3 years
Skills & Competencies : 1.Technical Skills
2.Ability to understand & explain problems & solutions
3.Good communication & Interpersonal skills.
