Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for technical support and operational excellence? We are seeking a Technical Help Desk (THD) Team Leader to lead and manage our THD team, ensuring first-class technical support to the Maintenance team.
As the THD Tema Leader, you will instill a high-performance culture, drive operational efficiency, and play a pivotal role in competence development and continuous improvement. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have strong managerial and technical expertise, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the THD team, ensuring high-quality technical support
Define clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards for the team
Optimize THD processes, drive call-out reduction, and oversee escalation procedures
Monitor and analyze THD results to enhance operational efficiency
Coordinate training and development of THD and Maintenance Technicians
Stay up-to-date with product developments and technological advancements
Contribute to the company’s service strategy and improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Good communication skills in English
Prior experience in manufacturing, process, or engineering functions
Strong business-oriented mindset with leadership experience
Exceptional technical understanding of products and services
Ability to analyze data systematically and provide innovative solutions
Strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
IT literacy and willingness to travel when required
