Technical Field Rep-Entry level
NTT DATA Services currently seeks an entry level Technical Field Rep to assist with field calls in Seattle, Lynnwood and Everett WA areas. This is a 3+ month contract role with possibility of extension Pay rate $25 per hour. In this role you will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in store locations. Will be responsible to repair, stage, configure and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians. This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment. Some drive times may be several hours in each direction. You will be working directly with a full time employee who will provide direction and support on a daily basis. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between several locations on a daily basis. Will be reimbursed for miles driven on expense report Must have previous hardware repair experience, ability to work on your own, lift 75lbs, work flexible hours, complete required paperwork and have excellent customer service skills. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm varies with flexibility. Schedule will be 40 hours per week and might include weekends and holidays as part of normal work days. This is not a “work from home” position, it requires driving to different stores throughout the day. Duties: Administer asset tracking using company software systems. Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific store hardware. Process all applicable warranty claims. Accurately record all production details and inventory movements. Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
