**In this position…** This is a core engineering Technical Specialist position for Engine Sealing including all static and dynamic sealing requirements for the engine. **What you'll do…** + Responsible for engine sealing design requirements, rules, DFMEAS and Prevent Recurrence Actions. + Will lead engine sealing sourcing strategy. + Lead engine sealing Tech Club for Engine. + Develop the engine sealing Tech Club and improve all core documents. + Provide program signoff oversight to ensure appropriate engine discipline **You'll have…** + Bachelor of science or related degree (i.e., Physics or Chemistry) + 6 Years of Engine Sealing experience. + 10 years of engine experience. + Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
