We are looking for a Technical Executive to support the efficient operation of our client's vessels, ensuring top-tier technical performance and compliance.
You will be a key player within our Ship Management Team, helping to deliver safe, reliable, and effective operations.
What You'll Do Provide technical assistance between vessel and vendors for accurate spares procurement Monitor and manage ship inventories using ship management systems (e.g., DNVGL) Support dry docking processes and maintain vessel documentation Track performance reports and key technical metrics Ensure synchronization and data accuracy across various systems including eORB, CFM, and running hours counters Conduct manual updates, report checks, and status tracking for class and compliance Collaborate with superintendents and crew to maintain operational excellence Assist with any additional technical duties as assigned What We're Looking For Education & Experience
Diploma in Marine Engineering or related field CoC Class 5/4/3 preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with ship management systems (DNV, AMOS, PAL, Bassnet, etc.) 1–2 years’ experience in ship management or ownership company Key Traits
