Your area of responsibility

Comprehensive, autonomous planning and implementation of AV projects including operational assistance in VenuesDirect contact with our Hotel and End-customersCompilation, management and monitoring of the project team as well as the involvement of external service providersMonitoring the trades and ensuring quality standardsClose cooperation with the regional management and the sales managersEnsuring quality standards

  Your profile

Training as a specialist in event technology, event management or electrical engineering

   or in related professions, study courses or further education

Experience in audiovisual projects is required  A typical day could include, making sure all rooms are set up properly for the daily guests. Hybrid sets, working wireless mics, connecting laptops from the client, testing internet. You would also be preparing productions, making quotes (also technical) have teams calls with clients, meeting the hotel sales team
Good business understandingStrong service mentality and communication skillsResponsible workFlexibility in operation timesMS Office knowledge and knowledge of common drawing programs (CAD, Vectorworks)Very good Dutch and good English skillsRepresentative appearanceValid Dutch driving license
