How You Will Contribute

Evaluation of fragrances for shortlisting fragrance candidates for submission,Supporting the scent design team and commercial teams with suggestions and recommendations for projects.Develops Go to market kits.Provide technical development and troubleshooting. via technical understanding of fragrance formulations and their stability in different product bases.Trouble shooting fragrance instability issues and support design performing fragrances. Provides analysisPromoting and championing technologies and innovations.The person should have a technical understanding of base formulations.The person can device and formulate base when necessary.Able to support evaluation requirements from the region and QC all fragrances in applied sample before forwarding to clients.Organizes and effectively manages the lab inventory and maintenance of machines and equipment. and simplifies systems.Organizes a log of inbound and out bound, and a log of work, time and motion studies on the lab.Coordinates with suppliers, and technicians to replenish stocks.Inventory management of stocks in the lab.Insights on product application work. Inputs in systems.Follow and train Good Lab practices. Trains the team.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science and Technology, Chemistry or other related disciplines.Ability to operate and troubleshoot technical issues, have problem solving skills. Perform routine maintenance of instruments. Interpretation ability on stability of fragrances and applied samples.Strong communication skillsKnowledgeable in analytical chemistry and related fields (organic Chemistry, Physical chemistry), regulatory standards and procedures.Functional and technical skills.Collaborative. Creative. Independent. A team player.
