**The Opportunity:**
Make a difference; join our team! We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) with strategic, operational, and tactical counterintelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will ensure all analytic products conform to organizational publication standards, independently edit, design, and manage the contents of the finished multimedia intelligence publications, assist teammates with analytic standards, and conduct product reviews prior to posting finished intelligence products to external facing websites. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security challenges that will help USACIC conduct global counterintelligence activities against U.S. adversaries to protect the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform final reviews of finished intelligence (FINTEL) products to ensure conformity and organizational standards are met
+ Manage templates for organizational product lines
+ Provide analysts with guidance for the successful publishing of FINTEL products
+ Participate in organizational and partner-IC meetings and provide subject matter expertise during those events
+ Publish FINTEL products on external facing websites
+ Ensure all products meet IC and DoD standards
+ Maintain and provide metrics, as required
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ TS/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph clearance
+ Education and Experience: High School Diploma + 20 years of relevant experience; associates degree + 16 years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree + 14 years of relevant experience; or master’s degree +12 years of relevant experience
+ 2+ years of experience using Desktop Publishing, basic graphics techniques, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
+ Must have excellent attention to detail
+ Expertise applying IC and DoD classification guidelines
+ Technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to complete work independently and/or as part of a team
_Desired:_
+ Relevant experience as a Technical Editor supporting the U.S. Army and/or Department of Defense Counterintelligence operations
+ Applicable experience as a Technical Editor supporting a national-level agency
+ Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (IFPC)
+ PACE, or equivalent

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$84,900 - $178,400
