Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks). + Experience with word processing software, including following templates, applying styles, and formatting documents. Preferred qualifications: + Experience writing and editing within the cybersecurity or IT domain + Experience in collaborating on technical content involving graphics and charts. + Experience in content migration, process improvement, or other significant initiatives. + Experience applying various style guides and following brand standards. + Proficiency in page layout or graphic design software + Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and scale editing effort based on factors such as urgency and impact. In this role, you will edit and format client deliverable reports or slide presentations written by security consultants to ensure they are clear and accurate. You will ensure the deliverables are grammatically correct, do not contain spelling or syntactical errors, and conform to our established style guide. You will work with consultants to provide clients with quality reports in a timely manner, helping clients better prevent and manage cyberthreats. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
