Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to join our dedicated Technical Documentation department. This role is customer-facing and focuses on creating, managing, and maintaining clear, accurate, and compliant documentation that supports our customers and internal teams.
ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and maintain technical documentation to ensure clarity and compliance.Provide administrative support and contribute to documentation and reporting processes.Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software for data entry and clerical tasks.Engage in effective communication with customers to enhance customer service and order fulfillment.Demonstrate problem-solving skills and initiative in daily tasks.Handle filing, scanning, and document management efficiently.Essential SkillsProficiency in documentation and reporting.Strong administrative skills, including data entry and clerical tasks.Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage tasks with urgency and flexibility.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.No certification required.Good personality and initiative.Potential to grow into management and leadership roles based on work ethic and aptitude.Work Environment
This position is onsite with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM PST or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
