In the role of Technical Documentation Coordinator - Intern, you will support the hydraulic pump manufacturing operations at the Pozuelo Plant by coordinating the management and generation of project documentation, as well as controlling and monitoring the document flow process between all internal and external stakeholders (Flowserve, Clients, Suppliers). You will report to the Major or Run-Rate Projects Team Leader in the Customer Service Order Fulfillment department. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the technical documentation for a portfolio of projects throughout all stages of their execution. You will work directly with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all project management documentation is regularly reported to the client and is executed in accordance with the agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions.
Your role:
Support Project Managers and focus on coordination between the Engineering and Quality departments regarding all aspects of project documentation.Review documents to verify data integrity and accuracy and resolve discrepancies with the assigned project document generators.Maintain a document control records management system and/or printed documents to ensure compliance with all applicable and required standards.Develop and maintain procedures and standards for the production, approval, distribution, and modification of development documents.Support in improving our relationship with our clients by creating a work environment free from unfavorable circumstances or misperceptions by any of the involved parties that prevent us from exceeding our clients' expectations.Ensure a clear definition of documentation requirements before starting work on assigned projects.Generate a detailed Document List with a delivery schedule at the start of each assigned project, maintain an updated Project Documentation schedule throughout the project's lifecycle, and achieve 90% or higher compliance with all major milestones within the schedule.Manage documentation control for all projects, meeting deadlines throughout the project's lifecycle to avoid impacting equipment shipments, invoices, and payments.Responsible for the execution of assigned Original Equipment orders, ensuring that all deliverables, as defined by the client, are delivered on time and under the agreed quality requirements.Provide customer-focused responses to both internal and external clients, serving as one of the customer's points of contact.Learn the variety of Flowserve products and internal workflows.Provide responsive, customer-focused support to both internal and external clients, serving as part of a Project Management Office that is the single point of contact for all clients.Ensure that contractual requirements are communicated to all parties involved in project execution.Work with the Project Team to advance the closure of documentation requirements, in order to avoid delays of shipments or payments.Your role:
Qualification: Industrial Engineering is preferred, other Engineering are acceptable.Languages: Spanish and high level of English - At a minimum, any other language is valued.High level of Office usage required.Knowledge of Windchill will be valued.
