Job Description

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, innovation, and strategic growth across our organization.

Responsibilities will include:

Coordinates and provides technical expertise for mid- to large-scale projects.Establishes and maintains technical client relationships, contributing significantly to business development.Drives the development and enhancement of technical skills within the department.Engages in technical business development activities.Delivers specialized technical guidance in studies and designs based on expertise.Reviews, approves, and signs off on project work.Serves as a leader in one or more technological areas.Develops engineering budgets and schedules to meet the requirements of large, complex projects.Provide technical leadership and oversight for all projects and initiatives within the organizationDevelop and implement technical strategies aligned with business objectivesLead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions

QualificationsBachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, or a related technical field10+ years of experience in an engineering and / or technical leadership role within the industryProven track record of successfully leading large-scale technical projects and initiativesStrong understanding of current and emerging technologies relevant to our businessExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-makingOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesExperience in budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planningDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teamsStrong project management skills and experience with various project management methodologiesProficiency in relevant software tools and technologiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and innovative mindset
