Position Overview: As a Healthcare Specialist SME, you will leverage your extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry to drive transformation programs from a technology and engineering perspective. You will play a pivotal role as a solution owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions on our platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in securing new business through participation in proposals and oral presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee large technology teams, both onshore and offshore, to ensure successful project delivery.Act as a solution owner, responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet industry standards and client needs.Contribute to winning bids and proposals by participating in RFPs and delivering compelling oral presentations.Ensure that designs, approaches, and standards are extensible across multiple projects to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Stay abreast of industry challenges, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment, adapting quickly to new concepts and business models.Utilize excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the healthcare/life sciences industry, with a deep understanding of industry challenges and regulations.Proven experience in leading transformation programs from a technology and engineering perspective.Strong managerial and supervisory skills, with a track record of effectively leading diverse teams.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
