Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships.The work model for the role is: #Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification, Smart Buidlings in Philippines. Main stakeholders are Building Segment.You will be mainly accountable for:- Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.- Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.- Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits. Providing customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the design institutes and technical consultants.- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques. Developing and executing strategies to achieve pipeline and order growth in the Low Voltage business.- Creating plans for target audience visits and conduct regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.- Staying updated on industry trends, market, electrification, and digitization advancements to offer innovative solutions.
Qualifications for the roleTertiary or degree qualifications in Engineering (electrical) / commercial qualification or recognized equivalent.5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the Low Voltage sector.Experience in handling building segment customers and real estate developers in the countryExperience in demand generation business.Experience working with utilities, data centers, semiconductors, renewables, and EPCs is a plus.Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.Computer literacy and competence in using SAP (preferable), MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Salesforce are essential.
