We are looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager for our Website Platforms with vision, creativity, management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute a comprehensive web strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver best-in-class website solutions that enhance the customer journey and drive business outcomes. **JOB DUTIES:** + Lead website development teams from concept through launch—creating actionable plans, managing workstreams, and ensuring timely execution of new initiatives. + Execute the roadmap for the organization’s global website experience. + Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, marketing, engineering, and external partners to determine feature priorities and implementation plans. + Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders through clear communication and structured decision-making. + Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to maintain project momentum. + Monitor performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities to improve visibility, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + 8+ years of experience in website development, digital delivery, or technical project management. + Proven experience with large, enterprise customer-facing websites or web applications. + 3+ years of leadership and team management experience, including working with cross-functional and distributed teams. + Strong attention to detail, a passion for quality, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. + Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and the ability to work independently. + Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of accountability. **WE VALUE:** + Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows. + Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification. + Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms. + Passion for UX and customer-centric design + Prior experience in code level development of web applications **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:** + Life and health insurance + Life assistance program + Accidental death and dismemberment insurance + Disability insurance + Retirement plan (Immediate eligibility for 401K) + Vacation & holidays.
