You Are:
As the Technical Deliver Manager for UST you will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across UST, the customer, and vendor partners. You have a strong foundation in structural engineering, ideally within the telecom industry, and a solid grasp of technical project management principles. The Technical Delivery Manager will serve as the technical point of contact for the client and UST stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery across geographies and time zones
The opportunity:
· Act as the primary technical liaison between UST, the customer, and the vendor partners. · Coordinate with the customer and align the UST teams on the technical scope, responsibilities, and solution delivery expectations. · Define and document clear boundaries of responsibility between the solution groups, the client and the vendor partners. · Be the single point of ownership to coordinate between all services and solutions teams that need to come together within UST to deliver the scope. This Includes: Innovation services / Digital Twin, User experience, UI design and implementation, Data services, Quality engineering, Cloud / Azure infrastructure and services, DevOps / DevSecOps · Provide technical leadership and guidance across all project phases. · Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with engineering best practices. · Apply structural engineering knowledge, particularly in telecom infrastructure and antenna tower design. · Maintain awareness of industry standards and regulatory requirements. · Lead distributed teams across onsite/offshore models. · Implement Agile methodologies to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement. Monitor project health, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
What you need:
· At least 10 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in telecom or infrastructure domains. · Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments. · Experience with digital twin technologies and cloud platforms (Azure preferred). · Experience in a client-facing role with strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills · Familiarity with Graph-based data models and their use in managing digital twins. · Azure cloud platform, including development and deployment practices · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: US Remote (East US highly preferable)
Compensation Range: $118,000-$177,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
