Technical Delivery Manager
Numerator
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of development and support between our offices in Europe and India. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in our operations.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor service performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies for improvement.
+ Own and lead the delivery of multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation to completion.
+ Collaborate with engineering, cross functional teams to ensure alignment of scope, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
+ Alongside EU counterparts allocate resources efficiently to manage workloads across Support and Development teams
+ Alongside EU counterparts proactively manage deliveries and allocation of resources according to capacity and skillsets.
+ Anticipate if velocity or delivery might be impacted by any reason and proactively propose mitigation measures.
Requirements
+ 5+ years of experience in delivering Technology projects across Support and Development.
+ Proficiency in SDLC principles alongside Agile practices and other service management frameworks.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
+ Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
+ Understanding of DevOps principles and best practices to improve collaboration, efficiency, and quality in the software development process.
+ Understanding the suite of services offered by Azure DevOps
+ Knowledge of ITSM tooling such as Service Now and Jira
Educational Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
+ Background in software development or project management.
