Technical Delivery Lead
Job Description The Technical Delivery lead wears many hats. As an Agile Delivery Lead you work with our Enterprise Technology and Operations Cloud Platform product group supporting public cloud and DevSecOps Pipeline teams. We utilize AWS as our main public cloud provider. You will run dojo ceremonies timeboxed upskilling engagements with application teams and facilitate special projects. This may include quarterly bundle major changes including customer (application team coordination), which has a limited ask for after hours work in order to support the implementation. You will work to take on a team as their dedicated delivery lead, and a facilitator in our Enterprise Technology Operations scaled agile model. You are versed in Agile principles, familiar with both scrum master or product owner responsibilities and confident in coaching both the engineers and product owner. You have a customer focused mindset and partner with other agile delivery masters across ETO to share knowledge as well and align deliverables. As part of the Cloud Tech Analyst team, you will also facilitate coordination and tracking of major changes, with a limited ask for after hours change. You are responsible for documentation and metrics reporting from confluence to Jira stories, to JQL which drives Jira dashboards. In addition, you will work to streamline processes within the Cloud Transformation Analysts team for the application teams we support. You have an eye for process improvements. The day-to-day responsibilities include:  Assist in the development and subsequent on-going management of processes and tools to automate and streamline program routines such as roadmaps, process flow, and fact/metric-based status reporting  Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned  You are a master of longer term metrics to deliver the full products, especially burndowns and roadmaps  Facilitating implementation of multiple major changes in one change window, may be after hours, 8pm or weekends midnight on a limited basis.  Participate and coach team on best practices in the scaled agile ceremonies they are part of including a scrum of scrum and big room planning  Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, Jira backlogs and dashboards and creating repetitive story tickets automations for two teams  Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
